Current Openings
1. Assistant Trek Leader (Seasonal)
- Location: Himalayas (Himachal Pradesh, Ladakh, Uttarakhand)
- Responsibilities: Support the trek leader, assist in team management, client safety, and logistics
- Requirements:
✔ BMC certified with A grade.
✔ Strong fitness and high-altitude adaptability
✔ Basic first-aid knowledge (WFR certification is a plus)
✔ Team player with good communication skills
2. Trek Leader (Full-Time / Seasonal)
- Location: Various Himalayan regions
- Responsibilities: Lead treks or expeditions ensuring client safety, proper logistics, and team coordination
- Requirements:
✔ Certified mountaineering qualifications (BMC/AMC/S&R preferred)
✔ Experience leading groups at altitude
✔ Strong leadership, decision-making, and emergency handling skills
✔ Passion for educating participants about mountain environments
3. Base Camp Manager (Project Based)
- Responsibilities:
✔ Oversee base camp operations during expeditions
✔ Manage logistics, supplies, and support staff
✔ Ensure camp safety, hygiene, and smooth communication with trek leaders - Requirements:
✔ Previous experience in logistics or camp management
✔ Ability to adapt to high-altitude environments
✔ Organised, resourceful, and calm under pressure
